We offer top quality property watch and yard care service. Our trained and professional team provide free on site quotes to better fit your needs. If you are leaving your home, its comforting to know that when you return it will be just how you left it. Whether you are going away for months at time, just a few weeks or even a few days, we have the plan for you. Our services go above and beyond your basic "home check in". We go through our custom designed 50 point plus inspection walk through list, provide photos and detail logs of each visit. We thoroughly walk through your home to ensure there are no signs of water damage, smoke detectors and carbon monoxide sensors or alarms are in working order, humidity and temperate level are within tolerance, no signs of critters, water is in working order, propane levels are adequate and more. In addition to our property watch service we provide property care service. Our property care service happens all year long. You can be home looking for an extra hand or looking to have your property maintained while your away. We provide grass cutting, trimming, leaf bagging and raking, chopping and stacking wood, weed removal, watering garden, snow removal and the list goes on. Unforeseen things can happen without notice, that is why we also offer emergency call services. Our team sends photos and logs within 24 hours of each visit. We take pride in our work and make our number one goal customer satisfaction.
